Mike paid for our first night. We paid for the second night and our bill was $38 USD. The bill looks like it was calculated on the basis of $19 USD per person. Breakfast was included.

Some of the people on the desk speak English. The views from the back side of the hotel, over the Yantra River Gorge, are spectacular. The rooms on the street side of the hotel must be noisy and have limited views. The bank directly across from the hotel will exchange currency and may also cash travelers checks.
